I think if Raymond is willing to sign a one year deal on the cheap he is gonna be a leaf. He can put together a decent season and try to cash in next season, when the cap goes up.

Only thing I like here is trading Dion, but the C should be Lupul's.

I think Raymond would fit your system quite well. However, You'll need to aquire a skating coach to allow him to stay on his feet. The guy is faster than his body gives him credit for. Hence why you'll find him burning a tire three times a game.

The guy is like Luis Mendoza from the mighty ducks movie. He's genuinely talented, just doesnt know how to stop.

Any ways, I wish him the best. But his tenure in Vancity was definitley over.

no bashing from me. Just wish the guy knew how to stay upward. Trust me he has great upside. But he also has tremendous downside, Hence why he hasnt been signed by any team this year

Not trying to seem like a pessamist , simply a realist. Raymond has the skill set to be a 20 goal scorer but his feet are too fast for his body. He needs to learn how to properly skate before he could ever be considered a ligitamet nhl forward.

He has his own website dedicated to him falling over for shyt sakes.

Great choice. 33 points over 74 games the last 2 seasons (only missing 56 games!) and a bargain @4.25million. The nucks paid Raymond between 2.2 and 2.6 to play hockey for them the past few years, we will get him for 1/3 of that.

No risk, high reward.

Gotta make moves like this sometimes to get ahead.
